Allein der Zwischenzustand der unvollendeten Moralit\u00e4t, der sich als das Wesentliche ergeben hat, zeigt offenbar, da\u00df diese Wahrnehmung und seinsollende Erfahrung nur eine Verstellung der Sache ist. Denn da die Moralit\u00e4t unvollendet, d.h. die Moralit\u00e4t in der Tat <i>nicht<\/i> ist, was kann an der Erfahrung sein, da\u00df es ihr schlecht gehe? \u2013 Indem es zugleich herausgekommen, da\u00df es um die Gl\u00fcckseligkeit an und f\u00fcr sich zu tun ist, so zeigt es sich, da\u00df bei Beurteilung, es gehe dem Unmoralischen gut, nicht ein Unrecht gemeint war, das hier stattfinde. Die Bezeichnung eines Individuums als eines unmoralischen f\u00e4llt, indem die Moralit\u00e4t \u00fcberhaupt unvollendet ist, <i>an sich<\/i> hinweg, hat also nur einen willk\u00fcrlichen Grund. Der Sinn und Inhalt [459] des Urteils der Erfahrung ist dadurch allein dieser, da\u00df einigen die Gl\u00fcckseligkeit an und f\u00fcr sich nicht zukommen sollte, d.h. er ist <i>Neid<\/i>, der sich zum Deckmantel die Moralit\u00e4t nimmt. Pues se querr\u00e1 hacer la experiencia de que [se querr\u00e1 mostrar c\u00f3mo es posible que] en la actualidad [en el presente] al hombre moral le va a menudo mal, y al inmoral, en cambio, a menudo le ruedan las cosas con fortuna y felicidad. S\u00f3lo que el estado intermedio de la moralidad no consumada, que se ha obtenido precisamente como el esencial [o que se ha obtenido como lo esencial], muestra de modo bien claro y patente que esta percepci\u00f3n y esta experiencia (que se supone habr\u00eda de ser tal experiencia) es un trastocar las cosas, un cambiar las cosas de sitio. Pues s\u00ed la moralidad no es una moralidad consumada, es decir, si la moralidad es una moralidad incompleta y a medias, es decir, si la moralidad <i>no<\/i> es en realidad tal moralidad, \u00bfqu\u00e9 puede entonces contener la experiencia [cu\u00e1l puede ser entonces el contenido de la experiencia] de que a esa moralidad le vaya mal? \u2014 Y en cuanto a la vez hemos obtenido que de lo que se trata es de la felicidad en y por s\u00ed, resulta que al juzgar que a un hombre inmoral le va bien, no se puede querer estar diciendo con ello que aqu\u00ed [que en ello] se estuviese produciendo injusticia alguna. El calificar a un individuo de individuo inmoral, cuando resulta que la moralidad es incompleta o imperfecta o algo sin acabar [<i>unvollendet<\/i>], es algo que <i>en s<\/i><i>\u00ed<\/i> no se sostiene, y s\u00f3lo puede tener, por tanto, un fundamento arbitrario. El sentido y contenido del juicio nacido de esa clase de experiencia s\u00f3lo podr\u00eda ser, por tanto, el siguiente: que a algunos no les deber\u00eda tocar en suerte la felicidad en y por s\u00ed [es decir, la felicidad porque s\u00ed]. Es decir, el sentido y contenido de ese juicio de experiencia no consistir\u00eda sino en envidia que se oculta so capa de moralidad. S\u00f3lo que este estado intermedio de la moralidad inacabada, que ha resultado como lo esencial, muestra claramente que esta percepci\u00f3n y esta experiencia que-debe-ser no es m\u00e1s que una disimulaci\u00f3n de la Cosa. Pues, como la moralidad est\u00e1 inacabada, es decir, como la moralidad, de hecho, <i>no es<\/i>, \u00bfqu\u00e9 puede haber en la experiencia para que le vaya mal? \u2014 Al mismo tiempo, en tanto que ha resultado que de lo que se trata es de la felicidad en y para s\u00ed, se muestra que al juzgar que al inmoral le va bien no se estaba queriendo decir que aqu\u00ed tiene lugar una injusticia. Queda entonces eliminada <i>en s\u00ed<\/i> la designaci\u00f3n de un individuo como inmoral, toda vez que la moralidad como tal est\u00e1 inacabada, esto es, el fundamento de tal designaci\u00f3n es s\u00f3lo arbitrario. Con lo que el sentido y el contenido del juicio de la experiencia es s\u00f3lo este: que a algunos no deber\u00eda tocarles la felicidad en y para s\u00ed, es decir, tal juicio es <i>envidia<\/i> cubierta con el manto de la moralidad. Yet the intermediate state of incomplete morality, which has turned out to be essential, clearly shows that this perception, this supposed experience, is only a matter of dissemblance about what is really at issue. For since morality is not completed, which is to say, since morality in fact is <i>not<\/i>, just what exactly is there in the learning experience to the effect that the moral person fares badly? \u2013 While it has come to light at the same time that what is at issue is happiness in and for itself, it turns out that the appraisal which asserts that \u201cthings go well for the non-moral person\u201d did not intend to imply that anything wrong took place. When morality as such is incomplete, the designation of an individual as immoral <i>in itself<\/i> falls by the wayside and has therefore only an arbitrary ground. As a result, the sense and content of the judgment of experience is only that happiness in and for itself should not have been granted to some people, which is to say, the judgment is <i>envy<\/i> which helps itself to the cloak of morality.
