Dies in der logischen Form abstrakte Moment hat nun seine konkreteste Bedeutung erhalten. Das Endliche, von dem hier ausgegangen wird, ist das reelle sittliche Selbstbewu\u00dftsein; die <i>Negation<\/i>, durch welche es seinen Geist zu seiner Wahrheit erhebt, ist die in der sittlichen Welt <i>wirklich<\/i> vollbrachte Reinigung seines Wissens von der subjektiven Meinung und die Befreiung seines Willens von der Selbstsucht der Begierde. Die wahrhafte Religion und wahrhafte Religiosit\u00e4t geht nur aus der Sittlichkeit hervor und ist die denkende, d.i. der freien Allgemeinheit ihres konkreten Wesens [354] bewu\u00dftwerdende Sittlichkeit. Este momento, que en su forma l\u00f3gica es un momento abstracto, ha recibido ahora su significaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s concreta. Lo finito de que aqu\u00ed se parte es la autoconciencia \u00e9tica real; la <i>negaci\u00f3n<\/i>, por medio de la cual [la autoconciencia] eleva su esp\u00edritu a la verdad, es la purificaci\u00f3n de su saber respecto de la opini\u00f3n subjetiva, purificaci\u00f3n que se ha cumplido de manera <i>efectivamente real<\/i> en el mundo \u00e9tico, y es liberaci\u00f3n de su voluntad respecto del ego\u00edsmo del deseo. La verdadera religi\u00f3n y verdadera religiosidad procede \u00fanicamente de la eticidad y es la eticidad pensante, es decir, la eticidad que se hace consciente de la universalidad libre de su esencia concreta. This factor, abstract in the formal treatment of logic, now gets its most concrete interpretation. The finite, from which the start is now made, is the real ethical self-consciousness. The negation through which that consciousness raises its spirit to its truth, is the purification, <i>actually<\/i> accomplished in the ethical world, whereby its conscience is purged of subjective opinion and its will freed from the selfishness of desire. Genuine religion and genuine religiosity only issue from the moral life: religion is that life rising to think, i.e. becoming aware of the free universality of its concrete essence.
