El autor examina los argumentos de S\u00f3crates en contra de los ofrecidos por <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Crit%C3%B3n_de_Atenas\">Crit\u00f3n<\/a> para escapar; interpretando las preguntas socr\u00e1ticas como preguntas genuinas que clarifican y socavan las posiciones de Crit\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">El abordaje propuesto por Stroke pretende evitar la \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dbnl.org\/tekst\/dela012alge01_01\/dela012alge01_01_04848.php\">Falacia documental<\/a>\u00bb \u2014t\u00e9rmino acu\u00f1ado por A. J. A. Waldock (en <i>Sophocles the dramatist<\/i>, Cambridge: Cam. Univ. Press, 1951) para indicar la falsa creencia que consiste en considerar un texto de ficci\u00f3n como un reporte \u00abdocumental\u00bb de hechos reales de la que se desprenden conclusiones de circunstancias que ni siquiera fueron mencionadas en dicho texto\u2014 mientras realiza un an\u00e1lisis de argumentos tan caros a la tradici\u00f3n <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Filosof%C3%ADa_anal%C3%ADtica\">anal\u00edtica<\/a>. Explicitando sus criterios en un breve, pero clarificador pr\u00f3logo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A lo largo del texto el autor muestra c\u00f3mo Plat\u00f3n en el <a href=\"https:\/\/atriumphilosophicum.es\/home\/wiki\/crito-plato\/\"><i>Crit\u00f3n<\/i><\/a> atendi\u00f3 tanto al lector novato como al erudito de sus obras ya publicadas. Pues, a m\u00e1s de presentar el interesante tema de la \u00abdesobediencia civil\u00bb, el tema es presentado a un \u00abno-fil\u00f3sofo\u00bb \u2014incapaz de enzarzarse en una contienda argumentativa (dial\u00e9ctica)\u2014 empleando una serie de estrategias \u2014el prop\u00f3sito real del di\u00e1logo, su estructura interna, la naturaleza e incluso el n\u00famero de argumentos empleados\u2014 que a veces pasan desapercibidas por el lector novel. Podr\u00edamos objetar muchas cosas al an\u00e1lisis de Stokes, pero, dentro de sus propios l\u00edmites, el an\u00e1lisis es limpio, claro y nos ofrece un novedoso punto de vista l\u00f3gico y desde los argumentos. Pues, pretende servir de base para mostrar c\u00f3mo emplear la \u00abdial\u00e9ctica plat\u00f3nica\u00bb (en voz de S\u00f3crates) frente a alguien especialmente reticente al intercambio de argumentos.
